In my perfect world, there would be no deadlines – no stressing over food, restaurants, chefs and books to review. This has been a crazy roller coaster ride and though it has been a delight to no end, I do acknowledge the importance of getting away from it all to regroup, rejuvenate and let go. Last week, Lulu and I discovered a unique oasis hidden in the small town of Freestone, CA.
